Application
Instructions:
I.
Read
and sign the Rental Application Procedure.
II.
Complete
and sign the Rental Application. An application is required for every occupant
of the residence. An application fee is charged for every occupant over the age
of 12. Proof of age required for all applicants under the age of 12 (Birth
Certificate or Passport).
III.
Submit
application with:
A.
A copy of valid ID (Driver’s License, Military ID, Official
State ID) for every applicant.
B.
A certified check or money order for application fee.
C.
A certified check or money order for required deposits, fees
and rent payments.
IV.
You
will be notified of acceptance or denial of the application after completion of
the screening process, usually in 24 – 48 hours.
Rent Payment: All rent payments must be made online as directed by check or credit card.
Application
Evaluation Criteria:
Minimal credit score 650.
Verified monthly salary 3 times the
monthly rent. (last 3 pay stubs, last year w2, or 3 months bank statements)
No misrepresentation of information
on the Rental Application.
Must have active checking account.
No evictions in last 5 years.
No late rent payments in last 2 years.
No felony convictions.
No negative complaints from past
landlords.

non-refundable if application is accepted and applicant chooses not to
take possession of property. If applicant takes possession of
